Attorney Profiles
Dion J. Cassata
is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Law
at Champaign-Urbana and practices primarily in the area of
employment law. He is admitted to practice in Florida
and in federal court before the U.S. District Court, Middle
District of Florida and the Southern District of
Florida. He is also a member of the Florida Bar, the
American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar
Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association,
and the employment law practice section of the Broward
County Bar Association. He was appointed to the
Broward County Bar Association Bench and Bar Committee for
a one-year term which began in August, 2007 and was also
appointed to their Professional Responsibility
Committee. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Cassata
was an adjunct professor of journalism at Florida
International University during the 2005 Fall
semester. Prior to attending law school, he worked as
a reporter for the Chicago Tribune. He currently

John
J. Hanson is
admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court,
Southern District of Florida. He has also been a
member of the American Bar Association, the American Trial
Lawyers Association, and the Miami-Dade Bar
Association. Mr. Hanson graduated Magna Cum Laude
from the University of Miami School of Law. He was a
member of the University of Miami Law Review and was an
officer with the law school's Maritime Law Society.
Mr. Hanson also has a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration with Honors in Finance from the University
of Iowa. He currently resides in Golden Beach.
